Dunstan record, DRAFT 0.2.0

https://barglabs.ai/dunstan/record/v0.2-draft identifies the predicate type of a DRAFT 0.2.0 Dunstan record, which adds reader claims and advisories: an in-toto Statement v1 whose predicate holds the declared block, the evidence snapshot read from the repository’s record, one row per claim with its verdict and reason, the overall verdict and the digests that let anyone recompute them. DRAFT: written only when a reader-claims or advisory option is used. Reader claims and advisories never change the declared-block verdict.

The format is defined in the claim format specification at v0.1.6, and its JSON Schema is served at its identifier: record-0.2-draft.schema.json.
